2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content has been removed or disabled by mistake or due to a misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, the counter-notification must include the following:
- A description of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.

3. Removal of Infringing Content

If we receive a counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10 to 14 business days unless we receive notice that the claimant has filed a court action to seek an injunction against the content.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we have a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. If you believe that your content has been unfairly removed or disabled, you may follow the procedure for submitting a counter-notification.
5. Limitation of Liability
